Happy Birthday Bash
This past weekend we spent camping in Southern Utah for my little sister’s 7th birthday. Utah has always held a special place in our hearts and this area was no exception. If you’re ever in the St. George or Cedar City area, this place is not to be missed! Although there is a lot of campgrounds to choose from, we chose Navajo Lake Campground and nestled ourselves in the trees. We had a weekend full of campfire smoke, hiking to waterfalls, fishing, and lots of 3% beer – God help those poor Utah residents! We might have spent a little longer in a car and a plane than most on a 3 day “weekender” away but we wouldn’t have had it any other way just so we could see our girls’ sweet faces eat up their birthday cupcakes!
Here’s a little gallery of our weekend, enjoy!
Check out that sunset + the bug that perfectly timed its photo bomb!
We hiked to a beautiful waterfall and caught some amazing views along the way.
Even found an ice cave in the middle of the scorching heat!
We came back into Vegas, said goodbye to the boys and spent a girls day out on the town before my flight left on Tuesday night.
We hit up the Forum at Caesar’s Palace + ice cream.
Walked the streets of Paris.
Missed the Bellagio show due to the weather but still got our photo op + visited their Botanical Gardens.
And of course drove to Fremont Street and visited Container Park!
Twas a weekend to remember, plus we got to spend it with our favorite 7 year olds around. Happy birthday to our sweet, sassy sisters!
