I had high hopes of blogging all day every day in quarantine, but we all know how that went 😃 Here's a post full of pictures and details about our time in Egypt. Brings me right back to being there. Truly was a trip to be remembered 🥰
Sharing a whirlwind mini trip to Athens! It was a fun 15 hours in the Greek capital, full of mishaps and very little sleep 😃
C A I R O || On one of our last days in Cairo, we headed to the Citadel of Saladin and went inside the Mosque of Muhammad Ali. It was actually only one of two places that the girls needed to cover our hair and boys needed to cover their knees. The citadel has an incredible view of Cairo and holds a couple other churches on its grounds. Love all that Ottoman style architecture 😍 #travelingtaveners
Sometimes the best pictures come from a hustler just tryna make a dime in the tombs of the Valley of the Kings 🤷🏻♀️ #travelingtaveners
Was your guess to the question in our last post the Valley of the Kings? If so, congratulations, you win! Checked off two bucket list items in one day while in Luxor. I’ve wanted to visit the Valley of the Kings since I was a little girl. I was in such awe seeing the tombs in person, especially since some of them were of the greatest Pharoah’s to rule Egypt. Can’t believe these colors are still so vibrant after all these years. Truly speechless! #travelingtaveners
First blog of 2020! FINALLY. Feels good to get back in the groove. Starting out with something simple - a review of the company we chose to travel through Egypt and Jordan, along with a price breakdown, and some pros and cons of a tour. Check it out and tell your friends!
I don’t think it gets any better than traveling the world with your best friend! Who’s your favorite travel buddy? 👩🏻🤝👨🏼👭🏻👬🏼 #travelingtaveners
Finally started working on a new blog post of our time in Egypt, Jordan, and Israel. It’s been a minute since I’ve updated our page about anything. 2019 felt like a whirlwind! We spent 3 weeks in Peru and Colombia in April and 3 weeks in Egypt, Jordan, and Israel in October. This March we’re gearing up for a 4 week trip to New Zealand and Australia. And mixed in there of course is the busyness of normal life! Hoping to get back in track and getting some blogs out, I sure do miss sharing our thoughts. 🙃 how have y’all been?
Finally wrote my first blog post of the year!
And it’s one I’m super excited about, the central California Coast! If you’re around the Reno area, this is a short drive away and full of lots of beautiful places to see and fun things to do. Check it out for your next road trip ♥️
